1. General Information

Nectar in the Vine, LLC operates a venue space for various events, workshops, and studio rentals. These terms govern the use of our website and the booking of our services. By using our site, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • The deposit amount will be outlined in the booking confirmation and must be paid through the payment methods listed on our site (credit cards, bank transfers, etc.).

  • The remaining balance for your booking must be paid no later than the day of the event.

  • All bookings are subject to availability. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit.

  • ​Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will not be eligible for a deposit refund.

  • Any changes to the booking date or time must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Refunds will be processed according to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

4. Venue Use

  • The venue is available for various events, workshops, and creative gatherings as outlined on our website. Users are responsible for adhering to the agreed-upon time, space, and services.

  • Any damages caused to the property during the event will be the responsibility of the individual or party who made the booking.

  • Events must comply with local noise ordinances, and rowdy or disruptive behavior is not permitted. Our venue is intended for private, peaceful gatherings.

5. Event Misrepresentation

If an event is booked under a category with lower rates (e.g., “Art Studio Time”) but is used for a different purpose such as a private event, the client will be charged the rate corresponding to the actual event hosted. We reserve the right to adjust the charges if the nature of the event differs from the booking category.

6. Privacy Policy

  • By using our website, you consent to our collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Liability

  • Nectar in the Vine, LLC is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the use of our venue.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather, emergencies, or other situations beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a refund.
